Alumni Square Progress

Today's Brookings Register (March 7), has a lead article noting the progress of the Brookings High School Alumni Square (http://www.brookingsregister.com/v2_news_articles.php?heading=0&page=76&story_id=28009).  It was hoped that work would have begun last fall, but that was not possible.  The project is expected to cost $80,000, of which $15,000 has already been raised.  In the background is one of the latest additions to the high school.  When we were in school, that was the area by the loading dock.  The area covered up by the sign would be about where the lunchroom was.  Miss Helland's room would have been in the vicinity of this project.  Can anyone remember any other teachers who had classrooms in the northwest corner?
